About Me
I’m Zainab Shujat , a student developer interested in how people think, decide, and interact with systems.
I build projects that sit at the intersection of logic, usability, and human behavior. Sometimes that means topology-first puzzle games in Python and Pygame. Sometimes it means tools that reduce friction and make technology feel less intimidating.
Lately, I’ve been especially drawn toward:
- game systems & spatial reasoning
- AI-assisted experiences
- interface psychology
- computational thinking
- developer tools and experimental products
I care a lot about clarity.
Not just visual clarity, but cognitive clarity.
The best products feel intuitive before they feel impressive. They respect attention, reduce confusion, and quietly guide people toward understanding instead of overwhelming them with “features.” Modern software forgets this constantly because apparently every app now wants to behave like a casino designed by sleep-deprived marketers.
My work often starts with a question:
“Why does this interaction feel frustrating, confusing, or mentally heavy?”
Then I try building something better.
Currently exploring:
- topology-aware puzzle mechanics
- heuristic systems & solvability analysis
- AI/ML applications in games
- accessible interface design
- full-stack product engineering
Still figuring things out.
But building thoughtfully along the way.
